• The Keeper® 13 ft ratchet tie-down ensures durability and reliability when it comes to securing cargo. It features a steel ratchet, an open grip handle and an endless loop end. To engage attach the loop to an anchor point, secure strap over cargo load and pull webbing to desired tension. Ratchet by raising and lowering the handle to lock cargo into place.
