• Want faster, less messy snow and ice melting. Use Scotts® ezMelt™ ice melter with Heat Lock® technology before or after a snowfall. Apply on sidewalks, driveways and other hard surfaces to melt snow and ice faster - without the mess of conventional rock and sand fillers. Scotts® ezMelt™ ice melter effectively melts ice in a wide range of temperatures down to -31 deg C. Inside each ice melt pellet are four active ingredients that are tough on ice, yet safer on lawns, hard surfaces and gardens. It creates a residual brine that helps keep ice from reforming and refreezing, too. To use, dispense directly from the convenient shaker jug or transfer to your favorite Scotts® spreader.
