Product Overview

• Rigid structure that allows ease of installation without warping or moving. Male or female channel design, that will slide easily through the housing to ensure smooth installation. Maximum extension up to 25 in, accommodates excess distance between joists. Housing can be positioned at any point within 25 in joist span. Break-off score lines feature, allows tool-less shortening for 12 in joist span. Pre-installed nail prevents the nail from going on an angle and causing the hanger bars to shift. Nail slots for adjustable height, allows slight vertical adjustment after half-nailing on wood joists. Bottom of joist tab guide located below the nail for perfect alignment on the joist. Drop down feature allows for easy access to the wiring compartment during installation. Double headed 1-3/4 in nail to allow easy removal of housing. Integrated groove allows fixture to snap on T-bars in suspended ceiling applications.
