It modifies or rejuvenates the color of the roof following partial repairs. Ultra-adherent, it forms a protective coat against the elements and the harsh Canadian climate; it prevents deterioration caused by frost, rain, UV rays and the disbondment of granules. Water-based and free of bitumen, RoofKeeper™ does not release unpleasant fumes and it is environmentally friendly.
