This handle and latch is a non-handed inside surface mounted handle set only. It is made of chromed die-cast metal with 2-3/8 in mounting holes. The latch and lever rotate to engage the supplied surface mounted keeper. Used by many patio door manufacturers. Excellent as a primary as or a secondary screen door security latch.
