Collapsing hinge snaps into extended lock and it disconnects if you forget to press the unlock trigger. Compact fold-down reduces to 1/2 size for storage and portability. 5-digit, easy-to-read magnified counter, gear and shaft transmission for measurement accuracy and strength. Lock the handle in place when wheel is not in use.
