Flush mounted, with both anchor straps and mounting holes to facilitate installation. Insulated and rated by Underwriters Laboratories for 1.5 hrs "B" label in walls and may be used in a 2 hrs fire rated wall assembly. Rated for 3 hrs in ceilings by Warnock Hersey. 16 ga steel frame and 20 ga steel, welded pan door. Door filled with 2 in thick fire rated insulation. Door has automatic closure, is self-latching and has interior latch release.
